Perfect for families and friends! This second floor unit has a stunning beachfront view that overlooks the ocean. Walk out onto the lanai and enjoy a peaceful landscape of the clear blue sky framed by palm trees while listening to the ocean waves.

The condo has AC and comes fully equipped with kitchen amenities that allows you to cook a full meal. From plates, bowls, and cups to all the necessary cutlery items. The unit is right across the street from a Safeway not to mention the various unique shops and restaurants along the road!

Enjoy downtime activities on the condo complex such as visiting the Meeting/Recreation room to read a book or play a game of Ping Pong. When you feel like relaxing outdoors, take a dip in Kauai Kailani’s pool or suntan along the beach.

Amazing stay in Kapaa

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Location is central to lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for your stay in Kauai!

Perfect location with breath taking views of Kauai sunrise!

We enjoyed every moment from the views of the Kauai sunrise, beach steps away, and halfway point to the southside and northside of the island, approx 30 minutes each way. Great communication with the host. Definitely coming back.

Great choice for our mother/daughter trip

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is right at the beach and the view from the lanai is great. It was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location.

This beachfront condo offers direct access to pristine sandy shores and sunrises. Plenty of amenities on the property to go with the clean unit at a decent price. Centrally located to airport, beaches and lots of stores and restaurants.

Very nice

I had a wonderful time here with my daughter. The location was perfect, walkable to the grocery store and restaurants as well as an easy drive to all points of the island. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean view. The place was spacious and had everything we needed ! Thank you for a great stay.

Great View and Convenient Location

The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, had a lovely patio where we ate, and is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, as well as lots of food options. It’s also conveniently located on the island. We were able to drive up to Hanalei Bay and down to Poipu Beach on different days, without spending too much time in the car (which was a blessing with a little one). We also enjoyed some really beautiful local hikes! The host was very clear and communicative. I would definitely recommend this day.

The property is centrally located and perfect for us. The beach and pool are fantastic just outside our door. The sunrises were beautiful and the surroundings are clean. The closet with beach chairs, boogie boards and shade umbrella were a plus. Will stay again.

Comfortable, great location, A/C, on the beach, had pool.

The checkin process easy, condo clean, great location and provided everything we could have asked for. The kitchen was well supplied, linens and towels plus washer/dryer. Great view of the ocean and enjoyed several sunrises in the morning. Very comfortable and convenient with Ross and Safeway just across the street. Thank you for a clean, safe, updated condo that made our vacation!!!

Very Nice Condo - Enjoyed Our Stay There

Had a great time in the condo. It lived up to the pictures. It was clean, well stocked, the a/c worked when needed, and we had no noise issues from neighbors. The beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed them so much we came back home and bought the same mattress. The only issues we had was the one TV in the unit didn't work and the beach directly in front of the complex isn't swimmable (we didn't feel comfortable swimming there and didn't see anyone else in the water). The TV wasn't a big issue for us since we didn't go to Kauai to watch TV.

Love it!

We enjoyed our stay at Dave's condo! Everything we needed was there. It is especially nice to have beach chairs, toys, and a cooler provided. The condo is very close to the ocean, and sunrise is beautiful. I highly recommend this condo!

Exactly what we wanted!

We stay on Kaua’i often and we will look for this condo from now on. We love the location in Kapaa where our favorite coffee shop, juice bar, fish deli, and shave ice spots are located. We loved having a washer/dryer and AC at night. The beds were extremely comfortable tempurpedic style mattresses. Communication and date modifications were easy. Great place and host!

Loved this place

Location was great - place was as described. Liked that there were beach chairs we could use. Two bathrooms was nice!! Only thing not great was the window of the BR off the LR looked directly into the next apartment's LR (it was at an angle to our's). Nothing to do about it, but had to close that BR window at night since they were loud talkers from their couch (and they could see into our BR). Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise

Is a little hard to find it, but eventually we found it. This place is right at the beach! We had balcony view which is what I love about this place. The price was very affordable compared to the other options. This place had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. I love that the kitchen had all the basics and loved that we had a washer and dryer! Loved that it had 2 bathrooms and plenty of living room space! I do have to mentions that the coffee maker wasn’t working, which I did mentioned to David as a feedback. I stayed in room 207 for reference. Overall my family enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back! Don’t hesitate, book this place!

Modern, Comfortable Rental

Perfect stay for my husband and I on our trip to Kauai. David, the owner, was so helpful and kind, and was prompt to respond with communication. The a/c and fans provide plenty of relief on warm days. Amenities were updated and clean, we loved having a washer and dryer in unit. The photographs of the property and view actually don’t do it justice! A nice safe area and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. We will absolutely stay again when we return!

Excellent first VRBO experience

This was our first VRBO and I am impressed. The unit was clean, well stocked and had newer appliances. The location is great and convenient to shopping and dining. The hosts are very responsive. The microwave stopped working Saturday night, I messaged the host. He called me within minutes, and we had a new microwave the next morning. Absolutely awesome! Highly recommend and will stay here again. Thanks!

Nice condo but small

The condo itself was nice enough but very small. Also really close to your neighbors and made it hard to sleep in the early morning hours when others got up and started talking. Also didnt have much in the condo in reference to cooking stuff spices and what not. Overall it was a good location and served its purpose

Exactly What We Needed

This property had a great 2 actual beds & 1.5 bath. The kitchen was pretty well stocked as far as utensils and cooking items. We got away with using a knife to cube up and slice cheese and to cut up a pizza since it didn't have a shredder/slicer or pizza wheel. (Totally fine, just an FYI for future renters). The other supplies as far as spices provided, they were just salt and some syrup. It was nice to see that the coffee maker had filters provided as I had brought my own reusable one just in case. The use of an actual kitchen and a BBQ downstairs were great for us since we have food intolerances/allergies. Everything worked & Safeway was a nice quick walk to for any grocery items we needed. We never once needed to use the AC as we loved using the ceiling fans and opening the doors/windows for the wonderful trade winds to cool off the condo. The other renters around were nice & quiet so we had no issues with noise while we were there. Use of a broom & dry mop to sweep the floors was nice as even with taking our shoes off there was sand on the floor every day as you would expect to get in this environment. Having the use of a washer/dryer with a good capacity was handy as well as it allowed us to pack less and just wash a load while we were there. A minor issue with a GFCI going out while we were there, but Dave answered the text and called us right away and it was taken care of in a speedy manner. Loved the beach & view we had. We'd definitely stay here again.
