"Very accommodating staff, very clean hotel. Nice food options. Lots of room in the lobby to meet with friends, do some work. Great location—close enough to metro and buses and Shijuku but not too crazy busy. Bed was very hard and a tad lumpy but room was large enough given Tokyo room sizes!"

"The hotel was very fancy to me. Property was clean, rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean. The amenities were amazing in the bathroom. Only problem in the room was the tv. Couldn’t stream apps such an Netflix and most channels were in Japanese. Restaurants were decent. And there is a 7-11 in the hotel that we used a lot. Staff were fairly helpful but we had issues getting recommendations for nearby restaurants from the concierge. There is a self laundry but you can only use 100 coins or phone payment apps. Not your physical credit card"

"It’s about 10min walk from the train station and a very good place for shopping. Although it is close to shops and restaurants, the hotel is in a quiet location. The breakfast was good. They opened up other side of the room when it gets crowded."

"All I can say is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! As a first time solo traveler having everything in such close proximities was the best! The staff were always there to answer any question at any time! While the rooms were a little outdated, they had everything needed to make me comfortable."
