"We only slept in our room as we were out all day. It was a comfy bed in a small room with an accessible location to the trains and area. It totally worked for us. A bit expensive for the size of the room but this is Tokyo."

"The rooms are just right for space. The dining options are fine but maybe not necessary as there are plenty of options nearby. The use of the Sky Plaza is great. The beds are too firm as were the pillows so neck ache occurred with two of us."

"Great hotel in a new skyscraper building. Lobby on 18th floor and room had spectacularly views of the city. Staff extra helpful and breakfast was top notch with plenty of choices. Hotel located in popular area and near train station. Hotel could use more furniture in th lobby."

"It was a very nice, staff was great and food was pretty darn good! However, since we are fat Americans, we found the bed a little hard and toilets too small for my round posterior. Also I sweat like pig at night and 20.0 C doesn’t cut it. I understand these issues are not universal but as an American, I’m gonna give my opinion even if it’s just a me problem. 4/5 pretty awesome stay. Would do it again!"
