"This little condo like place is super centrally located in Grand Lake. I like the courtyard layout, it is charming and has hammocks and little places to just sit and enjoy nature and the birds singing. Super close to down town , which made it easy to access everything. My only complaint was the bed saggy ness . I told the owners and hopefully they will get a new mattress. Other than that it was a good stay and i would recommend it"

"We enjoyed the property, but there was just a couple of things that were a little off. The coffee pot was dirty and the coffee cups were tiny. The microwave almost fell off of the shelf because the shelf isn’t big enough to hold it so when you open the door, the microwave almost falls off if you’re not careful. There was two of us that stayed for two days and there was only enough body wash in an empty bottle for one shower for one of us. The location was great and Todd was very nice to work with."

"The room we had was very small but we made it just a few days before going on Labor Day weekend so was not too surprised by that. The rooms are very rustic and could stand to be updated but the lodge and outdoor patio/swimming pool with the views make up for it. The views are simply outstanding. The food in the restaurant is very good."

"Wonderful place for a couple to spend three nights. We enjoyed seeing three mule deer wander by the patio along the riverside while we were sitting outdoors. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for walking to all the places we wanted to visit in Grand Lake. Access to Rocky Mountain National Park is so easy and enjoyed watching herds of elk in the evenings."
