"Very nice cabin with near-waterfront location and walking distance (with no hills) to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. The host was also very responsive. My only caveat would be twofold: (i) the overall cabin inside is quite dark, with less than optimal lighting in every room; and (ii) no washer /dryer in the unit."
"The property was well maintained and the room comfortable. The restaurant had good food and a lovely patio for dining. The Town of Grand Lake is beautiful with fine food offerings and a gorgeous setting with excellent hiking nearby."

"We had a bit of trouble finding our cottage... the address was correct, however, the location was initially consusing. Once we settled in, the cottage was secluded and relaxing. Access to main street was excellent, and we took multiple relaxed breaks on the porch looking into a garden courtyard. The room was well-equiped and well planned. The shower/bath was great, and lack of air conditioning was not a problem in early August. My back was not particularly happy with the bed, however, that is not unusual, and the bicycle climbs in Rocky Mountain National Park... just a couple of miles down the road. As usual, Grand Lake was a beautiful and relaxing place, with managable visitors on its historic streets."

"I was sent the instructions to access the cabin, but they sent them in a format that would not open. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to send me a document that I could open after driving 8 hours. The shower was filthy and wouldn't drain. I contacted the management group, and they stated they would have someone out to fix the issue. No one showed up. The next day, someone showed up and stated that it had been cleaned out. I took my shower, only to find that it was better, but the drain was still very slow and backed up into the shower."
