「great location, great host」

「3月初めに6泊利用しました。部屋は広く、景色も良かった。キッチンも使いやすくで良かった。ただ、部屋の掃除、特に、風呂や洗面所の排水口の掃除が全くされていなかった。シャワーを浴びるとほとんど排水せず、足元に水が溜まってしまうので、排水口を確認したところ、大量の髪の毛が固まって詰まっていて、水が流れない状態だった。仕方なく、指を突っ込んで取り除いたところ、スムーズに流れるようになった。洗面所も水の排水が悪かったが、使う度にシンクに溜まった水を数分かけて流すようにして凌いだ。おそらくこちらも何らかのゴミが溜まっているのだと思われる。 ベランダでは、夜になると驚くほど綺麗な星空を眺めて癒されていたのだが、隅の隙間にゴキブリの巣があるようで、毎晩出入りしているのが認められた。滞在中に3匹退治して放置したところ、翌朝には鳥が餌として片付けてくれた。 排水口、ゴキブリ、いずれも清掃を徹底して、宿泊者に不快な思いをさせないようにして欲しい。」

「Pristine stay in an unbeatable Paia location I had a wonderful stay at Hale Nihi. The property was absolutely pristine, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all of the amenities advertised. 「Check in is seamless with lock codes sent to email and through text before we arrived. The breakfast was delicious each morning and very convenient! We stayed during a tsunami warning and the chef provided a dinner option for everyone since all the restaurants closed in the area. Definitely an added perk to staying in a small historic inn! 」

「This place was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage had everything we needed for the beach. Chairs, cooler, umbrella, wagon and beach towels. The beds are very comfortable. The back deck was a Hawaiian escape all on its on with the trees, greenery, birds, and cute geckos. The coffee shop, Island Vibes, across the street is so dang good.
