Welcome to Sea Scape Estate, a 6000 square foot luxury home located at the top of Mount Matheson in beautiful East Sooke. Enjoy stunning ocean views of the Juan de Fuca Strait and Olympic Mountains, overlooking the cliffs to the forest and ocean beyond. Listen to the waves and enjoy the peace offered by the 3-acre, fully private grounds.

This home features 3 separate living/family rooms with large picture windows that let in brilliant sunshine.

Whether cooking in the gourmet kitchen, BBQing on the deck, or bringing dinner in from one of Sooke's amazing restaurants, sit down to your meal in one of the 3 dining areas – a more intimate breakfast nook in the open kitchen, the formal dining room, or the outdoor living area on the enclosed deck.

This home offers five comfortable sleeping spaces with 6 beds and can accommodate up to 12 people.

The first bedroom on the main floor features a king bed, with its own ensuite bathroom including a separate jetted tub and shower and 2 walk-in closets. This floor also includes the kitchen, a formal living room and separate family room, an office space, the laundry room, and 2 common bathrooms (1 powder room and 1 full bathroom).

Downstairs you will find another family room and the other 4 bedrooms.

One bedroom has a king-size bed and sitting area. This bedroom has an adjoining bathroom that is shared with another bedroom with its own king-size bed.

The other 2 bedrooms include a queen size bed in one room and 2 double beds in the other. A large common bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower completes this level.

PLEASE NOTE: Our extended deck and hot tub are unavailable for the summer due to a permit issue with the municipality. No construction or loss of views has taken place. Until we receive our permit, however, we cannot allow guests on the extended deck or in the hot tub.

In recognition of the loss of these amenities, we have lowered our price from 950$ to 750$ per night.

An enclosed portion of the deck is permitted and has been set up with outdoor furniture, a fire table, and BBQ. If you would like more information about the deck situation, including pictures of the available enclosed deck space, please message Stacey directly.

This home is located just minutes away from Matheson Lake, East Sooke Regional Park, and the Galloping Goose Trail, with the town of Sooke a 25-minute drive away and the capital city of Victoria just an hour's drive. The Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal and Victoria Airport are also about an hour away.
