Nestled in the peaceful center of Joshua tree, The Palo Santo House offers ultimate relaxation, convenience, and modern amenities. Arrive to the National Park entrance in a quick 8 minute drive, or walk to the eclectic downtown in less than 10! Alternate between days in the refreshing cowboy pool and nights in the rehydrating sauna. The brand new deck and putting green provide plenty of zen outdoor space for all.

- Ditch your alarm clock and rise with the sun while sipping your fresh ground coffee in the front yard lounge, boasting unobstructed views of the eastern horizon. Meditate or sink your toes in the sand knowing you are exactly where you're meant to be.

- Pick up a healthy breakfast at The Dez before exploring the park. After filling your lungs with fresh air, come home to a well deserved dip in your private pool or a nap in one of the three cozy queen beds.

We loved everything about our stay. It was so fantastic to wake up with the sun, practice yoga in the backyard, and hop in the sauna. Head to the park for the day to return to an AMAZING shower and dinner by the fire. We came with two little ones and they had a blast as well. We would certainly rent again. Thank you for the great stay!

The pictures on the listing is very outdated! Exterior was unkept with weeds, damaged chairs and dead plants. The worst bed. I had the worst night sleep from their beds. The mattress had zero topping. You feel every springs! It’s nice to have amenities but the coffee pot (filter) hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Don’t be fooled by the listing pics. Skip this listing!

Very nice overall stay at this house in Joshua Tree. The hosts have put a lot of thought into making the house comfortable and inviting. AC worked great so the inside stayed cool and being so close to the park was a huge plus for making the most of our trip.Only thing to note is that the mattresses and pillows were a bit rough to get a good nights sleep on. Otherwise highly recommend.

Great location, cozy setup

The property was well stocked for guests and its in a great spot. Close to West Park entrance and downtown joshua tree. Hosts were easy to contact and responsive. Would recommend this location to visitors.

A perfect high desert oasis

A bright, warm, and comfortable home, brautifully decorated, fully equipped, and ideally located for exploring Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, and more. The hosts are thoughtful and attentive, and the vibe is relaxing: southwestern with a modern flair. A great spot.

Quick Getaway

We took a short trip to do some biking and hiking in Joshua Tree while on vacation in Palm Desert. The home is nicely decorated, has a sauna and cowboy pool, and is close to the park entrance. These happened to be all the things we were looking for in a rental. The owners communicated well and were quick to answer questions. It was nice to be able to spend time in the park and then be back so quickly to a “home base” to cook a meal and enjoy the sauna at the end of the day.

Great Place near Joshua Tree

We had a wonderful stay here for our trip to Joshua Tree. The location is great with close proximity to restaurants/stores and the entrance to the park. Lots of little things that make this place unique. Really enjoyed sitting outside with the fire on and looking at all the stars. Would highly recommend to others!

Happy guests at the palo santo house

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful living space with fireplace. Property managers are very attentive. They came by to ensure the pool was cleaned during our stay as well. The sauna was a nice touch. The beds were a bit rough with the springs, but was good enough for our short stay. Deff recommended this nice spot for its pricing

Fantastic stay

My friends and I stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed all that the property offers! The soaking pool was cold and refreshing, the beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the property was close to everything in Joshua tree. The hosts were very responsive when I had a question. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning whenever I come to Joshua tree again!

Desert Getaway

We wanted to get away for the weekend and booked last minute. This place was amazing; great location, great food nearby, easy access to Joshua Tree. The bonus room is separate from the house, so 2 bedrooms in the home. We visited in July and we kept cool with the pool, and the air-conditioning. Parking provided is covered, which was great. The critters came to play at night, but bug repellent helped. There are red ants in the sand/dirt part of the backyard, but nothing to obsess over. The view at night is amazing, can definitely see all of the stars. The rooms were relaxing, the beds were soft and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend.

Perfect friendly family stay

I booked this place for Mother’s Day weekend for my kids, my partner and myself. It was a perfect place with plenty to do. From the mini putting green, to the cowboy pool and just being able to lounge outside and soak in the sun during the day and star gaze at night, WE HAD A GREAT TIME! Also the sauna was amazing!!! Was able to Bluetooth my phone and listen to music while relaxing in the sauna; much needed for this hard working mom! We will definitely be coming back for future trips to the desert! The host have a very lovely, place decorated to a tee. The swings outside was a favorite of my preteen in her words “it’s giving desert girl aesthetic”. Great location! Close to food, grocery store as well! We can’t wait to book this place again!!!

Super cute property!

This is a great house for indoor/outdoor living. Hosts were very communicative. Easy check in and out and nice and clean, with the lights on for our late arrival. Close to the park and downtown Joshua Tree. If it were a teeny bit warmer during our visit we would have enjoyed the back yard. Loved the breezeway and hanging chairs. Wonderful stay!

Comfortable Well Appointed Home Near JT Park Entrance

We very much enjoyed this property. Situated amongst other residential homes right near the Joshua Tree Park entrance this home was light, bright, airy, and VERY well maintained. The entire property appears to have been recently updated and all in working order. The decor was very tasteful and comfortable.We had a very relaxing stay.
