"Hotel was very accommodating for us and our needs, we requested a microwave and extra towels and they were happy to do so. Breakfast was lovely as was Hop Garden for dinner. Our son loved the view of the city and will happily come back again"

"The staff may need to check the hand wash and body wash and shampoo and conditioner more often as ours were nearly out"

Bed not made and had to use our coffee cups three days in a row without clean ones. Floor was not vacuumed once etc etc. Will not stay there again."
