"Great hotel and great staff, nothing is too much for them. Stayed here last part of our broader Bali trip (stayed in various areas), this was last part of our trip mainly to do south part of island, relax and proximity to Airport. Close to Jimbaran beach, with scheduled hotel shuttle bus, nice touch. We are vegetarian's, notified them in advance and they did dedicated evening dish choices as part of our package, which was really nice of them. Again great front desk, dining, house keeping and...

"My first room stank like musky mouldy washing. I did have to ask to be moved which they did graciously. Get what you pay for really but does need a bit of TLC."
