"The room was clean and comfortable, just as advertised. The staff was friendly and welcoming and informative anytime I needed something. There was no breakfast for the days I was there, idk why. Parking is not available at this hotel. "

"The AC in the room kept it at the cooler temperature I like at night. The drinks and food in the lobby restaurant/bar were very good, but I would have liked a rooftop bar with a view - similar to the 81st floor bar in the hotel across the street. The restaurants on the 11th floor of the Lotte Dept. store provided several reasonably-priced options for dining. It was convenient having 3 phones in the room. There was a gap between the bottom of the entrance door to the room and the carpet, so some noise carried through from the hallway - not a major issue, but it did wake me up."

"Except first day at checkin I didn’t like the dude who checked me in.. acted like why I am here showing attitude. He was not accommodating at all. Breakfast is 3/10 compare to 4star hotels. Overall won’t be my choice for my next stay for sure "
