"The carpet in my room was dirty, the staff didn't speak much English, and the mattress was a bit thin. The breakfast was good and the rest of my room was clean and quiet."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Air condition is strong. Staff were very helpful. Amenities are all there. We enjoyed the free ramen we had for breakfast to start the day. The lounge was nice and cozy. Location is very convenient as it’s just a 2 minute walk from Wangsimni station. We would come back here if we visit Seoul again."

"아주 귀엽고 아름다운 한옥이었습니다. 다음에도 또 묵고 싶을것 같아요. 특히 어메니티를 보자기에 싼 함에 넣어주신것은 정말 좋은 아이디어 같았습니다. 다만 수건사이즈가 좀 작은 것이 신경 쓰였고, 데이터 로밍을 안하면 출입이 불가한 점이 좀 아쉽다고 생각했습니다. 사전에 몇번이나 여러외국어로 알림 메일 보내 주신것은 정말 감사했습니다. 앞으로도 더 번창하세요."

"동대문 근처에 일이 있어 갔다가 빌즈호텔에서 하룻밤 묵게되었어요~ 사진처럼 객실, 화장실 깨끗하고요. 치약, 칫솔, 폼클렌징, 샴푸, 린스, 샤워젤 등 어메니티가 있어 다른 거 챙길 필요가 없어서 좋았어요. 수건도 1인 2장씩 있고요. 2층에 스낵바가 있어서 추가 생수, 정수기, 커피, 전자레인지를 따로 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다~ 에어컨도 빵빵 잘 나와서 시원합니다. 그리고 와이파이 잘 터지고, 티비로 OTT 방송 시청할 수 있어서 좋더라고요~ 침구도 깨끗하고 포근해서 편안하게 꿀잠잤습니다! 근처에 동대문시장, 창경궁, 종묘 등과 가까워서 다음날 친구랑 궁투어 했어요~ 깔끔해서 다음에 동대문 근처오면 또 이용하려고요!"

"We enjoyed our stay here for the first half of our trip that we booked it again for the last couple days in Seoul. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the metro and shopping areas makes it easy when traveling with kids. The rooms are pretty spacious and amenities are great. Washer/dryer combo in the room, a great size refrigerator and freezer (which is helpful when you have an infant), a small kitchen with an stove, and dishes to use. "I chose the Sohyang room and it was a bit smaller than expected. I think it's okay if you're only staying for a night or two but since I stayed almost a week, I wish I went for a larger room. Good amenities and room was clean. I had a little trouble checking in but the staff was very helpful. I would stay here again."

"Great location. Near Dongdaemun station, and right next to the west gate of Seoul's old city wall — very scenic. Simple lodgings, good deal for the money. "
