「Very clean unit with very comfortable bedding. The unit is slightly off the beaten path but I loved how quiet it was, esp in a busy city. We did not use pool or hot tub but the gym was very nice and located on the same floor as the unit. This is my second stay with CLoud9 and it was 5-stars again. They even collected a left item and mailed it back to us!」

「Everything was great!」

「I highly recommend this property for people wanting quality and quiet. It was beautiful and the staff and hosts were so easy to communicate with. We loved it!」

「Clean and well put together, great location that's near the subway.」

「Unfortunately, we cannot give your property a five-star review. The listing described three bedrooms, but the space by the stairs is open and does not provide the privacy of an enclosed bedroom. As a result, I did not have a private bedroom and had to book a hotel at the last minute, adding an unexpected expense. The stay ended up costing much more than anticipated. 「I had a great stay at LIVN Chicago. I really liked the loft-style design, it gave the space a modern, comfortable feel and made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The full kitchen was a huge plus, and it was stocked with everything I needed, including bowls, cups, plates, and utensils, which made my stay much more convenient. The self-check-in process was smooth and easy, and I appreciated being able to come and go without having to deal with a front desk. Overall, it was a clean,...

「Family trip, long weekend, in July. Loved using the pool on the 9th floor, but take note it closes around 7p or 8p depending on the day of the week. Washer and dryer in unit was great for swim days as well as just in general.Doordash brings food right to the door, making for an easy night after a long go,go, go day.The grocery store on the 1st floor has everything you could need, including alcohol... I even got my son a Birthday cake there!Oh and the view... is amazing!!!! Enjoy your stay.」

「Great location! Great place! Great view, and great hosts!」

「Amazing location! Great host.」

「 ProsExcellent, centralized downtown location with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and entertainment. Large windows that provide amazing natural light throughout the space. Gorgeous city views from the windows. Spacious layout that accommodated our group well. Communication Areas for Improvement A long blonde hair was found on one of the bed pillows upon arrival. The hallway bathroom would benefit from a comfort-height toilet, comfort-height sink, and a more accessible light switch. The...
