We are a family of 4 with kids ages 10 and 12 -- we had a wonderful time staying here. The location is wonderful and made it easy for us to get to Zion National Park twice during our visit. Plan for about a 3 minute walk to the rock waterfall pool and about an 8 minute walk to the water equipment pool with the lazy river. That pool has a concession stand!When you buy groceries, I highly recommend driving into St. George and scoping out a grocery store there or just popping into Target as the local grocery store in town is extremely expensive.The property management company for this rental is extremely responsive and friendly. Our daughter was so sad that she had lost her dinosaur stuffie from the St. George Dinosaur Exploration Center, but the cleaning crew was able to find it and they're shipping it to our house. We are so thankful!All in all, we had an awesome time!

Great Family Getaway

Great place to stay with very fun pools and things nearby for the whole family! We also visited Snow Canyon State Park which was only a few miles away. The property was exceptionally clean, everything worked well, and we were able to enjoy our stay without issues. Having a pack and play provided was a huge help for the young ones. We never felt crowded as the living room/dining/kitchen are very spacious.

Great property, fun resort!

We made the reservation at Paradise village based on the pools and slides for the kids and it did not disappoint! We were very impressed at the overall construction of the home and loved having such a large space to ourselves. The pools and slides were a hit and we spent countless hours there. Bolton family getaway

We had a fantastic experience. Great place to stay with my family. Everything was clean and the pool was nice and close. The main hall toilet wouldn’t flush properly so we just didn’t use it. Overall 10/10 and we’ll be back.

Loved the place, wish it was cleaner.

I had to send photos of the uncleanliness of the property to the Utah Best Rentals due to the issue. Chocolate like substance on the table and chair, wrappers in our sheets (the worst for me) , residue on top of the washer, etc. Overall we liked the location and the amenities, but maybe would choose a different unit or management company due to the cleaning next time.

Clean and comfortable home

The home was clean. The rooms were well organised and comfortable for our party of nine ranging from 1 to 73. The main floor TV didn’t work initially but help was there and fixed it within an hour. The kids loved the water park.

Fine place to stay for cheap

The property was fine, not excellent. The kitchen was stocked well. The washer was broken and the dryer smelled like vomit. One of the showers had a missing glass door so water went everywhere. The couches are cheap, not very comfortable and the tv was very complicated, we never could get movies on easily and when we did get them on, the internet was too slow to play them. The beds were nice, there were fun pool toys in the garage and the bunk room was nice for the kids. Overall it was fine, luckily it was fairly inexpensive to stay.

Amazing

Nice, clean condo in great location

We loved this condo. It was nice, clean, and had many awesome amenities. We loved the pickleball courts, volleyball court, and two swimming pools. We would definitely stay here again.

Maintenance man just walked in

I have sent an email about this, but during our stay the maintenance man just walked in the locked front door without knocking. This really upset my teenage daughter who was in the house alone at the time.

beautiful home but needs some work

Overall it was a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay however the internet and cable were terrible and there were a few things that needed to be fixed before we came. Carpet nails got us a few times in the living room, some utensils were not cleaned (knives in the block) and some of the games and toys were broken and unusable.
