「Was a bit smaller than I anticipated:; more pictures would be helpful. But it is close to the airport and the neighborhood is safe and other than airplanes are very quiet. The property manager was very helpful and very easy to get a hold of they have put TLC into their small space adjunct to their home. My rating would be 4.5 just as a few more visual details would be good.」

「We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.」

「Overall would recommend stay, property and rate communication with property manager/ owner 9/10. Great location and provided information for stay and open communication throughout if questions arrose. My only suggestion is providing parking information and detailed ie parking lots, garages etc including rates, locations and times. We used all resources, including asking property contact ( which was helpful) but not being familiar with the area it was very difficult even with provided info to...
