「We had a very comfortable stay over 4th of July weekend. We were 2 adults and 3 kids ages 10 and under. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that actually provides 3 beds - a double bed bottom with a twin top bunk and a twin trundle pull out under the double. The condo is well stocked with beach equipment (photo attached). It’s an easy walk across the street to the sandy beach. 」

「Very relaxing stay in beautiful Santa Barbara. Condo was exactly as described, very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped in both kitchen and linens, very close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay! 」

「Loved the awesome beach location! Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Unit was clean and had all the necessary cooking equipment! 」

Any questions i had were answered in 10 minutes or less via email. The area of carpinteria is wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet even on the weekend. The beach is 5star a-mazing. We had a great weekend enjoying the beach just a half block away and walking to restaurants and shops that were all very close by. We even spent a little time relaxing at the pool. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Definitely recommend this spot!! Thank you to the owner for making this a terrific birthday weekend...
