「This was our first time going to a TRS and although there are things that could make your stay more enjoyable (which I will list below) I will start with the positives that this resort has to offer. 1 - The butler service. Although it took us a few days to actually meet our butler, once we had contact with them, they were extremely helpful. So my recommendations is to find out who your butler is as soon as you arrive and make contact with them. 2- the adults only side is a bit small but you have...

「Beautiful brand new building,Nice staff what needs improvement is the food at all restaurants poor quality And no night life boring nothing to do in late evening」

「Excellent experience, excellent and professional staff I recommend it and I’ll return soon」

「Staff is very attentive and professional. They are the best❣️」

「Excellent kid friendly property.」

「What a magical place. The road to get there isn't gravel. It's muddy and has mud puddles on the way. But I was able to get there in a compact car just fine. This place is well worth it.」

「Nhbcjg」

「The rooms and hotel itself is okay, nothing to write home about, just okay. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent. It’s just a block away from the Main Street that the ferry terminal is on and the main avenue of shops and restaurants.」

「Food is 10/10」

「Accommodations ate comfortable and clean. Great bar staff and entertainment staff. We received a complementary bottle of wine for our anniversary. Food/meals are good. Dislikes, the hotel pushes the upgrades and add ons. And you need to use a concierge to book your dinners or you won’t get a reservation.」

「Harper clean room. air was」
