"This might be the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever experienced. Hannah, Emma, Amy ... I didn't get everyone's name but EACH person at the hotel was truly wonderful, professional, warm and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The lobby has a really fun energy. AMAZING location and also right across from the T. The room was small-ish but clean, modern and nicely decorated. Food at the bar was also very good. High recommend! "

I drove to the hotel in an EV and was able to park affordably for Boston as well as being able to charge overnight, again quite affordably. The restaurant had good food, nice live music, and wait staff that was both friendly and knowledgeable. "Our family stay at Copley House was perfect! The room was spacious with all the amenities. Nice little kitchen area was perfect for morning coffee and tea. The front desk was a short walk up the block and were ready to help with any recommendations we asked for about the area and things to do. This is the only place for our next stay this summer for our lovely 20 minute walk to Sox game at Fenway! Beautiful homes to walk by and area businesses!!! Thank you!!!"
