We had a wonderful stay at The Mansion! Loved it! The staff call themselves "Butlers" and are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It is a really special place to stay!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was professional, friendly and warm. I really enjoyed my stay the added perk a free shuttle that can take you around two miles around the city.

I loved the hotel and location. However, my room was $219 a night and I was charged $299, w no explanation or receipt. I was also told parking in the garage would be free and was charged $20 to park. For $300 a night, I would think parking would be included. Valet parking was only $18 a night. Had I known I'd be charged $20, I would have done that.

everything was absolutely perfect. The restaurant is incredible. Room service was top-notch. We did not even want to leave!

This property surpassed our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. The available snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. The house has been preserved beautifully. The outside yard/patio space and front porch were covered and perfect for relaxing. By far one of my favorite stays amongst my travels. Highly recommend.

We stay every time we travel from Buffalo airport.

We loved this hotel! 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle (although we could only use it one way because of the hours). The staff were all so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety was nice. The sausage could have been cooked a little better and we would have preferred individual yogurts over the bowl.

Staff was polite and helpful. Too many chemicals in pool burned my son's eyes. Will bring goggles next time. He didn't even open his eyes under water. But I understand the use of chemicals to keep it clean. Only negative thing was another young couple came down in the evening to use the pool and were very inappropriate in the pool area in front of my children. Not hotels fault. But we left earlier than we would have so they didn't have to see them doing what they were doing.

The staff there are soo friendly! They gave good recommendations on food and attractions. The hotel was clean and located in a good location.

Staybridge Suites exceeded all my expectations, and that is saying a lot for me. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, the towels were a good size, four pillows per bed, and a fully stocked kitchenette for our suite. I really liked that there was a tub in one bathroom and a step in shower in the other. That worked really well for our group. Highway noise was not an issue. This hotel is spacious, clean, reasonably priced, conveniently located and has everything you need! The pool is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Great value

I grew up in Buffalo (actually Cheektowaga) and hadn't been back in 5 years. I brought my eight year old daughter along for her first Western NY experience (summer, not winter). Given health conditions of family members, we decided it was better to stay in a hotel during our stay. TownePlace was an affordable solution. It was very clean quiet nothing bad to say about the stay

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells.
