「Everything was nearly perfect, but I would have certainly not paid the extra charge for heating the pool as it was not clear that the pool and hot tub/spa could not be heated to temp at the same time. The only other minor inconvenience was that the sprinklers would come on in the middle of the day getting us and the area wet creating unsafe conditions for playing pickleball. Finally, ideally the trees could be trimmed to allow for a little more sun on the pool and patio. 」

「The location was great however the finishes done badly and were very worn. The units were surrounded by a sandy lot front back and sides so sand was constantly being brought into the room. There was no place to set anything, only 2 hooks in the whole place and even the closet only had a lower rod so nothing long could be hung like dresses. The bathroom only had one sink that was normal in size but had basically no counter space for toiletries and the laminate flooring was installed very badly so...
