「Booked based on picture used on advertisement - nice big pool. Only to find out pool is closed. It was 95 degrees out and spring break. Disappointed. Went to call front desk to let them know I have no remote control in my room, phone was not working. Called on my cell phone, they brought remote but couldn't fix phone. Bathroom had one wash cloth, but didn't realize this until the morning when we were rushing to take our showers and get to work. The Diner was horrible -greasy chicken...

「The BV Motel was fine. It was off the highway and so was quiet. The room was adequate. The people were friendly if a little distracted. The refrigerator in our room didn't work. But there were trails into the desert just behind the motel that were really wonderful! We saw lots of flowers blooming and even some cacti. There were Joshua trees and other wonderful plants. We would stay at the BV again just so we could spend a little time in that piece of desert close by. And it was inexpensive.」
