"The steakhouse was welcoming, and the food was excellent. When I went to extend my stay, I was told they were sold out and that there was nothing I could do. I am a Gold member, and I felt utterly dismissed by the lady at the front desk. Worst experience I've had with Hilton staff."

"What I liked about the property was the attention to detail the cleanliness. The room looked good didn’t smell. The bed was nice. The furniture was nice. The bathroom was nice. The floor was nice. The walls were nice. The curtains were nice. The air-conditioning is a little out of date and the employees will rule their service cards real early in the morning and it wakes you up. It’s just louder. You could hear them on different floors going to room to room and that’s kind of disturbing if they can get something that’s a little bit more quieter that would be nice. Otherwise this is one of the best Motel 6 that I’ve ever stood at."

"Spent only one night here and did not have any breakfast as we were planning to be on the road early. Staff was helpful and came right away to turn on the air conditioner which was not an easy task but worked well once the person turned it on"

"We loved the Joshua Tree Field Station. The staff were warm and welcoming. It was rustic enough without being too basic. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It was conveniently close to the national park"
