"Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room with a full kitchen and dining room, large front porch with a view of the Guadalupe across the street. This section of the river is calm, fairly deep, perfect for swimming. Location is quiet, just outside Ingram city limits. Also pleased to have access to the gas grill right outside. Would stay again at the price. Only downsides were minor: while there are kayaks available for the guests’ free use, some had holes that needed proper repair as one took on water...

"The home is well situated for a group. The house was very clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen had all of the basics needed for a larger gathering. The River is across the road (road can be a bit busy), with a pretty sitting area, kayaks and places to jump in and swim. Eddie, the manager, was great about checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a very nice stay."
