Cute, little place!

Nice and neat. Very clean. Smaller than expected but worked for us. It nicely situated on the river with some good places to sit and paved trail to take a walk. I’d book again.

Anniversary getaway

It was a nice place to stay, first time staying. The area was quiet and clean. Too bad the river was low at the time. But over all it was good, the room walls are a little this where you can hear your next door neighbors talking and moving around. But we made the best of it!

We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The unit was clean. The sheets were clean. It was quiet and peaceful. They have cast iron BBQ’s for use on property. You are close to a river walk. We had a great stay!

Weekend stay at River Trail.

Pleasant stay. The place was cozy and clean and in good shape. Only complaint was that the people we shared a deck with were smokers and we didn’t enjoy siting on the deck when they were present. (Pretty much all the time). We prefer a smoke free environment.

Everything as promised

I booked a surprise one night getaway for my husband and I as we wanted to stay on a clean water river and it was within 45 minute drive of our home in Fredericksburg. Such a nice little cabin with a deck overlooking the river. Massive shade trees and a beautiful walking trail along the river. We brought our little dog and visited many restaurants, bars, and live music venues in the area, so much to do that will be rebooking soon to come back when the weather cools a little bit

Nice river walk

Really liked the river view and walk being so near. Inside was nice and clean, although we couldn’t get the internet to work. Only drawback for me was the cabin is on stilts and we had a neighbor next to ours and it would sway anytime someone moved a lot. And not much insulation between.
