「What was unique was the front desk attendant Katherine M. She was personable and made golf puns in light of all the golfers in town for a tournament (I was not one of them). She provided a very human, kind face to my first stay at this property and I became a member to boot.」
「The staff were super friendly, my daughter loved them. Everything was very clean. Internet was a little slow, but that's typical of hotels. Pool was nice, there's a sauna that doesn't work, but no sign to indicate that it doesn't work. That would be my only complaint and it is very minor. Very happy with my stay while we were there. 」

「Room gets very cold during the winter time because their air conditioning system is malfunctioning, and it’s not only about my room because my two colleagues had exactly the same opinion about their room temperature. And if I tell that to their front desk, then they’ll come and fix it right away but it gets cold again on the next day. I wonder if they’re setting a “timer” or something.」
