"Our stay was great! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as we were in town for the weekend for the NHRA race event at Lucas Oil raceway and was a short 4 minute drive from the raceway. There were plenty of restaurants a short drive in the other direction which made this a great location."

"For all the bad reviews this place is what it is. A quick jump of to get to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. One would never stay here but for that fact. I found it clean. That is all I ask. I saw no cocked up truckers, needles, blood or bugs. I got hat I expected. I liked Johnny B. Long live Johnny B. "

"I never got to see it. Renter never sent check in info. We were in town for the indy 500 race and got stuck stranded there without lodging. We were able to find a hotel room at a couple hundred a night, and thankfully Vrbo refunded this, but iy still wpund up costing me a few hundred more. The phone number on the listing is a disconnected number, so no way to reach the renter. Also, we found out it is a shared apt with the owner, not a 1 bdrm apt. Do not count on this renter! "

"The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. Once in the room, we were provided the house rules. There is no food or drink permitted in the guest room and while you have access to the great room to eat or watch tv, there is no meat consumption allowed. We also were made to feel like it was an inconvenience when we asked if we were able to see the alpacas and we ended up only seeing them from a distance. Overall, the bed was comfy and we were pretty much just there to sleep anyways. But I wish we would have been made more aware of the rules and conditions prior to booking."
