The hotel was dated, very clean. Staff was very slow checking in but very friendly. I do not feel secure when the rooms has a connecting door and they said most of their rooms do.

I checked in to the hotel around 4pm. I didn’t go to the room because I was running late for a party. After I got back, the room didn’t have a hot tub, which was the only reason I booked the room. It took the staff about 20 minutes to figure out my reservation and put me in a room with a hot tub. In the new room, there were stains on the sheets, carpet and walls. The mini fridge was filthy. Paint was peeling off the walls. And there was a huge clump of hair in the drain of the hot tub, not to mention hair all around it. I went back to the front desk and asked someone to come clean it. She said that she would send someone. I waited about an hour. Went back to the front desk and she again said that she would send someone. I went to get something to eat. Came back about an hour later. Room is still dirty. The woman at the front desk said that someone came to the room, but because I didn’t answer the door, no one came in to clean. At this point it’s about 11pm so I just asked for a refund. Still waiting to hear back from Expedia
