It started before I even booked: I called three times to ask about rates, and customer service hung up on me every single time. It only got worse from there: • The Shuttle: I waited 90 minutes at the airport. I called the front desk four times, and though they kept claiming the driver was "on the way," I was left stranded for an hour and a half. • Housekeeping: Despite four separate requests on my first day, no one ever showed up to clean the room. • Maintenance: The TV was broken. A repairman "fixed" it, but it stopped working again by the very next morning. They are quick to give excuses over the phone but fail to actually provide the services promised. Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere."

"The place was in ill repair. Smoke detectors chipping, the elevator was filthy. The continental breakfast had oranges that were so old they were brown, shriveled and hard. Would not recommend. "

"This place is a DUMP! The hotel needs a complete renovation. In room 301 the ceiling was falling down, the dry bar was a mess! The second room was also a mess - incomplete paint job and other necessary repairs. The third room was barely OK, the shower rod repair that they did was terrible, the bath tub was very slippery, you can not see thru the outside windows. The windows need to be replaced throughout the building. You could hear the person stomping around in room above, which kept us up until 1am. We expect more from Comfort Inn. "

"Having breakfast was a reason I selected it and it was very underwhelming. Options were a muffin the first day and bread the next 2, cereal and only one milk option(an alternative choice would have been greatly appreciated) and diy waffles with sugarFULL syrup(a sugarfree version should be provided) the counter was a mess! Adding bacon, eggs, and some fresh fruit besides mandarins that were bruised and black spotted would really bring it up, maybe some yogurt cups as well. Like view was nice and the geese were great alarm clocks"
