Often it is apparent customer-service staff don't really care about helping customers, but the staff at the Fairfield Inn seemed to care genuinely about the guests. The room I stayed in was small, but beautiful. I loved the fact that my window faced two museums directly across from the hotel. The only issue I experienced during my stay was with the room's shower. The water"
