"When you book, ask the staff if there is a large group that's reserved because we paid good money to stay for 2 nights and a softball team of young kids were staying. The kids literally was playing tag in the hallways, loud yelling, running wild with no parental supervision. We couldn't enjoy our balcony in peace because the parents and the kids were in the courtyard being extremely loud! Not respecting the facility or other occupants. Meanwhile the staff at the front desk just sat there and played on there phone. Couldn't enjoy the bar or restaurant because the kids were screaming and running around. The food was.overly priced. So be prepared."
