"We were very impressed with our stay!! The rooms were updated, spacious, and very clean! The breakfast had many things to choose from and very delicious. The hors d’oeuvres were amazing and many things to choose from!! They had all the drink choices you would want and very comfortable dining area! The fitness room and pool areas were very clean and equipment and pools very nice! You could tell it was all kept up. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay again!! We appreciate it all and very friendly staff!! "

"Breakfast was extra charge for the price it should be included. We have stayed here over the years but its overall standards have dropped while the price goes up. The parking is full after about 9;00 pm we had to circle round till we found one tight parking spot. TV limited channels. Noise through walls till gone midnight. "

"The staff is fine, they can only do so much.. hotel itself is not recommended. There was no hot water thru my entire stay of 10 days. They kept saying someone would come out. For being a hotel you would expect that to be taken care of within 24-48 hours but the staff just made it look like it’s normal. You get what you paid for which I was just staying there to sleep, weed smoking outside, smells like dog pee as it’s a pet friendly hotel. Just really disappointed.. I expected some things but hot water.. really needs a new owner as the location is great. Wouldn’t recommend, pay $10 more per night down the street. "

"The registration person was bothered by our very existence. Sent us to a smoking (pot) room. We came down to switch rooms and he ran to the office as we got off the elevator. They then said they were going to comp the parking for the smelly room. The parking was a hidden charge. Two days after we checked out we received an additional $50 charge for hod knows what. No email or text. This hotel is unkempt and run by scammers. Worst hotel experience I have had ever. Sad for the brand and an insult to Indianapolis. They did not comp the parking "
