「We are happy to have found this place as there is not many VRBO’s in Kokomo for just 2 people. The location is in a safe area of Kokomo, a testament from a former Kokomo resident. The “condo” was clean and Melinda and Boyd were excellent with contact of any needs we had. A bit of updating is needed but Murphy Bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood. I gave 5 stars due to the graciousness of Melinda, thank you again for your kindness!」

「the house is very nice in general and in a great central Kokomo location. However the kitchen was not well outfitted for cooking "in" - minimal cooking pots/utensils, no baking equipment, etc. and we never found a sheet for the master bedroom in spite of searching closets per hosts instructions.」
