Having my own laundry machine in unit with an actual fridge and microwave was amazing. The staff was always kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. "We were a little concerned that it wasn’t in the centre or the action but access was really easy and quick from Akabane station. We were there for 5 days. The room was small but comfortable. We had the room cleaned once and they did a good job. The other days fresh towels were left on the door. Lots of amenities in reception inc body creams, shoe shine, hair products. We didn’t use their pjs. Laundry was very good. Washing mc 200 yen, drier and detergent free. Breakfast was ok and you can help yourself to free drinks in the evening. Staff were very good, friendly. Would definitely stay again."

"Very friendly reception, i had an excellent stay there. They were very helpful and it was easy, thanks to advice i was given, I was able to go to a concert and know what to do as well as being able to buy things I wanted to take home when I left. The room is very well provided for and clean"
