客室は綺麗に整ってあり快適でした お風呂も気持ち良く帰る心配もないので気兼ねなく夕食とお酒で楽しめました ただ華の湯に入る時のカードを受付に預けてからのロッカーキーに変えてもらう詳しい説明がなくロッカーで空いている所を探し回っておかしい事に気が付き受付に確認して意味がわかったのですが主人はたまたま鍵がついているところをやっと見つけ使用をしたらしく私の説明で受付の理解をしていました 初めての人には場所の理解と華の湯の利用の仕方が大変だと思います

特に気を付けなくても朝食の付くルートインと勝手が違い、温泉と食事場所はホテルと別扱いですので、今回素泊まりプランだった私たちは当日朝にフロントで朝食券を買い求めました。正月の2日だったのですが、1,500円でおせち特有の品目が10種類以上やちらし寿司、お汁粉まで楽しめたのは、お得感があると思いました。
