Having my own laundry machine in unit with an actual fridge and microwave was amazing. The staff was always kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. "I always love staying at the Ikebukuro area and this hotel was definitely a location i will be coming back to for future trips to Tokyo! The location is a bit tricky to find if you come by car because the gps will direct you to the front of the hotel on the main street but if you circle around to the back of the point on the map, there will be a parking area for Centurion hotel guests to have their car valet! Hotel consierge was very helpful and they have staff that also can speak english, korean, etc if you're worried about your limited Japanese comprehension. The room was so SPACIOUS? which i was not really expecting since it was in Tokyo, only 2 min walk from Ikebukuro station but it was such a nice surprise!!! Amenities are available on the concierge floor so make sure you grab things you need and that is also where the laundry is located. It is not complementary unfortunately, but understandable. The room was clean and location is super convenient so I highly recommend looking at this location for any future trips if you want to stay in Ikebukuro!"
