"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"The staff were absolutely wonderful, so welcoming and helpful, i felt really well taken carw.of,.its.suler close to the train station with easy connections to central Tokyo and Narita International Airport. The room was really clean and the on site restaurant privided great food too, i really enjoyed my stay in Yatsuka."
