"Beautiful hotel with big, delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was so helpful very professional. The rooms are small (by US standards), but very efficient and I loved the bidet toilet. The onsen was very relaxing and the right calm after a busy walking day around Tokyo. We are sad we didn’t book more nights!"

"This was one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed and for the low price of the room its an unbeatable value. The location is perfect its right by the train station and a Don Quixote plus and endless amount of good restaurants. The room was very clean and high tech, the bed was firm but not too firm like alot of the hotels in japan and the pillows were perfect. The hotel offers so many free amenities and the breakfast buffet is next level. If you are staying in shinjuku I cannot think of a better place than this! "

"Room was clean but not ready upon after 3pm arrival. AC unit does not work. Has correct setting called downstairs and they said they will adjust on their end? Was not reliable and got quite hot at night. Location is good though. Hopefully they can fix their heating system. "
