「Lovely and quiet location with comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast and with safe parking. The country house is just off the A21 within an easy drive from Hastings and St. Leonards. I would be happy to stay there again. 」

「　一番上の部屋でした。８月だったので、晴れていると日中は窓を開けていても暑かったです。海は見えません。 　階段しかないので少し大変です。特に最後の階段は細くなっており、荷物を持って上がるのは大変でした。（階段の踊り場に所々、椅子とキャンディーが置いてあって、「休憩」できます。） 　朝早くから、カモメ（海鳥が周辺にたくさんいます）の声が結構うるさいです。でも、海側の部屋だったら海鳥込みで景色がすごく素敵だったと思います。 　水回り、部屋の使い勝手は、普通にいいです。清潔さはありました。 　到着時刻を知らせてほしいと事前にメールが来ます。知らせておかないと、チェックイン時間内でも、スタッフがいないこともあるようです。時間内なのに入口がロックされており、張り紙がされてスタッフがいない日がありました。（宿泊者は、部屋の鍵で入口の鍵を開けて入ることができます。） 　駅へも旧市街へも徒歩５分程度で、便利でした。 　宿泊費を考えると、「オトクな宿」だったと思います。」

Great service, easy to top up tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. No car park but easy walking distance to other car parks. Near plenty of places to eat. In a lovely, historic part of Rye with lots to see.」
