Lovely Romantic stay

We enjoyed our stay at Bannatyne spa hotel. The executive double room was spacious and relaxing with a queen sized bed. The spa/leasure facilitates were very good. Just a shame we had to pay extra for that.

Hotel tired. Waited 10 minutes for buffet breakfast to be replaced as lady said they had too many pre orders in? Had to ask 3 times for milk and towels as nobody told us on check in that you have to put a sign out to get your room cleaned etc. been 4 times before always fab this time not so good

Zeer aangenaam mooi hotel op prachtige locatie. Ruime comfortabele kamers. Service in het restaurant was erg traag terwijl het niet druk was. Eten niet bijzonder maar wel smakelijk en goed.

We booked a executive double with queen bed,and we were upgraded to a larger room.The Staff very welcoming nothing was to much for them. Hotel very clean as always. Breakfast amazing pleanty to choose from,plus the quality of the fresh food was excellent.

I could not fault any service or staff at this hotel Rooms very clean food very good The hotel needs a little TLC to bring it back to life but it is a beautiful hotel and surroundings The spa was fantastic and Alfie was a great guy in making you feel welcome.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff welcoming. Not sure it is very good value for money though - the shower controls were broken but did function, EV charging was not available at the hotel but a short walk away near the gym/spa, but was even more expensive than chargers at motorway services! Service at breakfast for anything other than the buffet was a little slow, despite there being very few guests. Apart from these few niggles we enjoyed our overnight stay.

Great hotel…perfect staff.

An absolutely wonderful stay, thanks to the brilliant staff.There was a room mix up upon arrival, but the staff couldn’t have worked harder or been kinder in sorting it out. I opted to stay for an extra night because it was so good!

Fantastic hotel

We have stayed at quite a few hotels in the past 3 years and this is the best by a country mile. Room excellent food top draw and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Special mention for Casey one of the receptionist she went the extra mile to make our stay just that little bit more special. We have already booked to go back for a longer stay in January next year. The spa facilities next door are very good as well and we are looking forward to using their outside jacuzzi.
