"This hotel is the cutest hotel. I would expect the staff is absolutely impeccable. Very nice very welcoming. The hotel is super clean and the cherry on the top of the cake is this very beautiful hot springs inside the hotel, I could almost spend my whole day in it Highly recommended for someone who wants some authenticity and kindness and a relaxing hotel. Oh, and did I mention that they offer Ramen at night and you have free ice cream after the spa !!! 🙏"

"The hotel is charming, great breakfast buffet, conveniently located to many temples and shrines, and facilities were very nice. Small gym and laundry room. Staff was very nice and eager to help. Room was comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again next time I visit Kyoto."

"Clean room, spacious and huge bathroom! Separate toilet. Nice lounge to watch tv. View of rail line as situated on the train lines. Was a short walk to the station but gave shuttle bus which departs every 20mins. They also stored our luggage as we arrived before our check in time which was very helpful! Lovely stay. "

"I gave this hotel 4 stars because my room was smaller than in all the other hotels in which we stayed. Barely able to walk around the beds. Aside from that, the hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast offered was extensive, including salad, rice and curry, eggs, sausage, lox, granola, nuts, fruits, and more. On the last day the manager went out of his way to help us label the new luggage we had purchased, which I especially appreciated."

"The location was very good. We arrived 90 minutes earlier, but we could not check in before 2 p.m. The room was big and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a big selection. I was a very nice stay."
