「Breakfast was goid, had a variety of different things to eat and drink. We booked there because they had an inside pool, but it was not open due to maintenance and we were not informed it was closer.」

Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart...

「Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell 」

「Clean room. Easy parking. Excellent customer service. Hot water with solid water pressure in the showers. Microwave and fridge were nice and quiet. Large TV. Many channels. Beautiful and clean bathroom. White sheets. Fluffy pillows. Comfy bed. I had to leave early so I could not have breakfast, but the lobby area was clean with no visible debris.」

「This was a nice quiet stay with nice views. The bathroom could use brighter lighting and the deck and back door need some attention but this was a great stay and recommend for anyone wanting their own space to enjoy Branson. 」

「First of all, both of their properties in Springfield Missouri are located on the same name street and I thought that I had booked at one and I guess I'd booked at the other and I had to do late check-in upon arrival there is a check-in phone located in their lobby for you to pick up for them to I guess contact the night attendant to check you in It took like 45 minutes for them to get an attendant to the front desk before I even knew that I was at the wrong location after dealing with that I...
