「Close to everything!」

「Wonderful place and only a couple minutes walk to the pool and beach. Jim and Diana were incredible hosts - responsive, informative, and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again!」

「The unit was as pictured and very clean. The patio view of the fountained pond overlooking the marsh and adjacent golf course was a very relaxing view! Wifi is very fast and the living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku streaming. The unit has ample lighting which I prefer. This 1st floor unit is close to the elevator and stairway access. We took the stairway a lot since only 1 floor up from the adjacent parking area and faster than waiting for the elevator which...

「Only issue really was the one lady we had checking us in at the convention Center. She was a little rude and not super helpful. Other than that everything was great!!! We had lots of fun! Kitchen was great Beds were great, wifi was great and most importantly the air conditioner was excellent!」

「As soon as we walked in the door it felt like home. The unit was beautifully decorated. Special touches like the lamps were on, tv set to music, curtains open made it feel welcoming.The unit is equipped with everything you could possibably need during your stay.I look forward to returning soon!」

Patricia is a great host and I appreciate her hospitality. The property is nice, easy to find and a leisure boardwalk to a wonderful beach. Very comfortable and convenient stay. Great value. 」

「This place was perfect for our family of 3. The condo is immaculate, well-appointed, and well-stocked. The beach is just steps away on the boardwalk. The ocean is calm in this estuary area, and we saw dolphins every day both from the beach and the back deck. The host is a great communicator--friendly and responsive. We have stayed in the Pelican Watch Villas before, and this unit is our hands-down favorite.」

「The Coast is Clear was just like the pictures! The property was very clean with up to date and comfortable amenities. We took a pleasant walk to the beach from the residence with our one year old son in hand. The commute to the rest of the island was short as well, and the pool right outside was relaxing and quiet. My son’s first trip to the beach was memorable. 」

「We loved our stay at HHI Beach and Tennis Resort. Condo was beautiful with a view of the lagoon and lots of wildlife as well as pool and beach access! Condo itself was very clean and stocked well with anything you would need to cook in or pack and head to the beach for a day! Dee was a great hostess! 」
