Welcome to your ideal family getaway on Hilton Head Island!

As the new owners of this beautiful villa (as of December 2020), my wife Colleen and I ask that you please read the reviews from past guests. We know how important "star" ratings are (we look closely at them too when we travel!) but the lack luster reviews were a reflection of one unfortunate circumstance and one poor performance by the former management company. We encourage you to look at the photos and ask us every question that comes to mind... We're happy to answer them all!

You'll fall in love with this vibrant 3BR, 2.5BA luxurious villa at 640 Queens Grant that is professionally decorated and accented with inviting, colorful coastal decor throughout. The villa offers a fully-remodeled kitchen (including a Kuerig and plenty of pods!), a spacious living area (with a comfy couch, large flat screen tv, games and more!) and plenty of ways to relax and unwind.

Outside, there is a large, private patio with a gas grill, an outdoor dining set and fast access to five community swimming pools (the nearest is a mere 30 seconds walk!), tennis and pickle ball courts (5 minute walk) and, of course, the beach (11 minute walk)! Snowbirds and long-term guests welcome!

Come make this your escape and enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer!

We loved the location of this villa! We took long walks with our dog every day and appreciated the path along the golf course for quick jaunts to the beach (10 min walk). The villa is nicely appointed and Thor was good at communicating when I reached out throughout the stay. Ideal location in the lovely Palmetto Dunes!

We stayed at Thor’s Villa and we all LOVED it!!Super CLEAN and Spacious- my husband and I slept in the beautiful MBR downstairs while the kids each had their own rooms upstairs! We enjoyed morning coffee, meals and snacks on the back deck. There was coffee available and a wonderful kitchen with all the spices we needed, that was a plus.. as we like to cook and grill daily. We played golf, pickle ball, walked to the beach. Just what we needed. We just had the best time, so fun! Thank you Thor!

We spent two weeks at this property. The area is amazing- we especially enjoyed golfing and biking on the beach. The property was comfy and felt safe. Neighbors were all nice. Extra points to the host for the thoughtful, extra amenities. These made the place feel homier. The host was excellent in communicating with us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Convenient Location

This villa is clean and spacious, as well as very conveniently located to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer - beach, pools, General Store, pickleball and more! The host is very helpful and responsive.

Perfect!

We had the best time at 640 Queens Grant. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of space for my husband, 3 kids, and mother. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to the pool and bike trails throughout Palmetto Dunes. My kids loved biking to the general store for ice cream every day. We will definitely come back again! Palmetto Dunes is perfect and this condo was tastefully decorated and well furnished. It exceeded our expectations!

We enjoyed our girls vacation at Hilton Head. Thor was great to communicate with, very proactive. Everything was clean, as advertised. Very close to pool, easy access to beach. Good location in Palmetto Dunes, close to everything. Loved the large deck for the evenings.

great spot in queens grant/palmetto dunes

always a pleasure to visit HHI. we very much enjoyed this villa and its location. it was clean and functional and had a great outdoor space/deck (with locking gate). good for the infant and the doggies. was especially convenient for parking and access. there were spots in the courtyard and access through the front door; but also several spaces very close to the deck for unloading and "quick trips". still all very private. what perhaps made this venue stand out the most was the owners TLC and communication. he was very attentive and accommodating and communicated frequently and as needed. we very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

Thor's Villa was lovely!

We had a couple of small issues when we arrived but Thor had a handyman come over immediately. Unfortunately, the ice maker never made ice but ice cube trays resolved that issue. The location is very convenient to the beach (walking or driving), pickle ball courts and the General Store. Thor was extremely responsive--couldn't ask for any better!

Great experience!

Our host, Thor, was available and so helpful with our confusing check-in process. It was the height of the big storm, and everything was in disarray. He walked us through getting in and stayed on the phone with me until we were in. The place was so clean. We didn't need anything! There were also games, children's toys and dog toys (which we didn't need but still!). It is a lovely, quiet location. I highly recommend!

Excellent choice for pet friendly!

We spent a month in this spacious villa with our Greyhound Roxy. Communication with Thor the owner was excellent over the span of a year when we first booked. We communicated regularly through email, the VRBO site and Text messaging in a timely manner. Villa is exactly as pictured in the listing an is in an excellent location in Queens Grant, close to the General Store, Beach, Pickleball and a few restaurants. Spacious sunny deck with loungers, chairs and a large patio table for outdoor dining. Deck is gated to contain your pet with exit stairs to a path to the pool. Large size grill would accommodate cooking for a larger family. I was working remotely in the villa and the high speed internet was excellent for 4-5 hours of zoom meetings daily. Large flat screen tv's with a generous selection of channels. An excellent choice for pet friendly with excellent communication, follow up and follow through from the owner Thor to make your stay in HHI stress free and enjoyable. Roxy gives it four paws up, we give it 5 stars. Cheers!

Wonderful

We travel to Hilton Head Island almost every year. This was our first time renting this villa and we were very pleased. The property was as described and as shown in the photos and was exceptionally clean! Thor made the booking and check in process easy and was readily available if needed. The villa was in a great location. The kitchen was very well-stocked. The villa was spacious. Noises could be heard on the first floor when guests were on the second floor. The area was very quiet - a good place to relax with a pool right around the corner.

Great location and area. Condo was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. We were able to take our fur baby too! Super quick walk to the pool which was great. Everything we needed at the condo. Great communication with owners.

Great getaway!

What a gorgeous place
