"The staff was exceptionally helpful "

"The hotel is apparently woefully under staffed. The front desk people were very friendly but at 4:30 p.m. they had no rooms ready and I gathered from the phone calls coming in, that there was no maintenance staff on duty. The bed was just Ok but the room was spacious and very clean when we were finally allowed access."

"Pros: The room was wonderful, comfy bed, everything anyone could need, full size refrigerator, microwave, cookware, silverware, glasses, etc. , television ( small choice of channels) bring ur sign in information for ur premium channels, Cons: more handicap parking needed, more channels on television needed, breakfast set up was nice, but was cold, selections could have been better, not as nice as other hotels I've been at....If there was a pool i didnt see it...a map of location would be nice, things to see in area also would have been nice..."
