The room was clean, and room service was great! However, the wait to check-in took a LOT longer than usual. They were very busy, and only had two staff members at the front desk despit having four work stations.

Thoughtfully designed property with perks like complimentary shuttle to/from the hotel in 3 mile radius, proximity to great museums, and little amenities like chocolates or prosecco in the room for Valentine’s Day. :)

Staff was incredibly nice! Just stayed one night but I felt comfortable and safe.

The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
Staring off hotel room was dirty. Boogers on the curtains, the blanket had marks/stains of who knows what pillows same thing were dirty. Bathroom has all kinds of uncleaned locations. I would not come back to this hotel.
