"Superb set meal each evening and the service from mainly Nepalese girls is so warm and friendly. The quality and variety of the dishes is very high. The onsen baths are large and the facilities are excellent. Very good value. "

"The staff was extremely accommodating making my stay much less stressful."

"Amazing hotel"

"Great stay"

"Good hotel for city visit with family"

"The hotel provided free beer and welcome drinks. The staff is friendly! Also the breakfast is really good."

"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Location is good, near the shopping area."

"Lovely hotel with onsen. "

"It was the best place we stayed in all of Kyushu! "

"Lovely stay ..Bed room can be slightly warmer on cool nights "

"Staff & Breakfast were excellent"

"The hotel was very clean and absolutely wonderful to stay in. It has a mini kitchen in the lobby that is useful for heating up food and provides utensils. The rooms looked very beautiful and was functional. Next to the hotel is a rest stop that had a local market and restaurant that you can reach easily from the hotel's back door. Overall, a great place to stay."

"Romm was very clean and nice. Breakfast buffet was good quality. Overall it was great place to stay."

"Super convenient location"

"Everything is excellent!"
