素敵なお部屋で寛げました。夜中に2回玄関の鍵をこじ開けられそうになり大変怖かったです。何故だか分かりません。

Positives include clean and tidy room equipped with good amenities, a small kitchen with cookware and washing machine within the room.. Negatives include the unmanned facility (virtual front desk).. instructions on how to check in were sent the day of check in during travel time and was stressful to chase the email with instruction to the junk mail folder. To their credit, they were prompt in replying to inquiries online whenever needed, usually within minutes but one has to fill an online form requesting to enter all information about reservation for every inquiry no matter how small it is. Also, I was able to check in later than the listed time which was nice because my inbound flight was delayed by >1h..
