This unique condo was created by combining two units, offering beds in both spaces, two entrances, two bathrooms, and a connecting door—ideal for families or two couples seeking both togetherness and privacy.
The main bathroom features a luxurious design with a shower area and a separate full-size soaking tub by the window. Open the blinds to enjoy stunning city-light views, or close them for complete privacy.
The condo sleeps up to 4 adults + 2 minors with flexible bedding options:
– Bedroom: 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin XL bed (can be combined into an oversized bed)

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.
