This renovated 1 bedroom will provide you the perfect vacation!!
As you arrive at Waikiki Sunset, you will be met with the modern monochrome design of your homey living room. Here, you can entertain your family with the flat-screen TV featuring a dozen local and international channels, as you melt into the comfort of thee inviting coach. If needed there two sleepers to turn into beds.
Thanks to panoramic windows and a balcony, you will have a beautiful landscape of mountains to wake up to every morning. Two full-size beds are there to recharge you with a great sleep after a day full of new memories.
The sandy shore, salty waves, and exciting urban grid are staples to Waikiki. It is not a challenge to fall in love with life at the Waikiki Sunset condo, considering the many enriching moments it may bring to your life.
The Waikiki Sunset building is located in Eastern Waikiki, only footsteps from some of Waikiki's more nature-centric activities.
This location provides a great opportunity to splash in the waves at Queens beach, work up a sweat on a hike at Diamond head, or lounge in the shade of a Kapiolani park Banyan tree. Not to mention the restaurants and bars nearby for Pupus and cocktails, such as Tikis, Sansei Seafood Bar, and more.
With only a short walk, you can access almost anything on the Eastern to Central stretch of Waikiki, such as shopping at the International Marketplace or the Pualeilani Atrium, surf lessons at the Royal Hawaiian Beach, late-evening street performers along Kalakaua Avenue, and much more.
Or, if you prefer not to walk, there are bus stops located nearby, which can take you through Waikiki to your favorite surfing, snorkeling or shopping locations, or even beyond Waikiki to the rest of the island of Oahu.

Convenient to Attractions

Very nice option to stay just off the busy Waikiki beach strip. We didn’t have the view of Diamondhead from our apartment but was nice overall.

Wonderful condo in a calm part of Waikīkī. Amazing view of Diamond Head from the balcony. Unit was clean with helpful amenities like rice cooker! The parking was very convenient once we figured out how to access it.

Amazing location

There was a misunderstanding at the beginning on my end, but aside that it was wonderful and would highly recommend it if visiting Oahu! Walking distance to the beach and many shops!

Location was good and free parking was included. We figured out how to use the lights and extra fans but instructions would definitely help some people to figure it out.There was a beach chair and some boogie boards to take to the beach.There is lots of odds and ends that needed to be fixed. There was no dish towels provided. No extra pillow cases for the pull out. Pillows and pull out mattress need to be replaced as they were stained in multiple places. Shower head had one setting that was on full blast. Also some updates needed such as covers on the lights and a few more odds and ends

Fantastic location

Nice cute little condo next to Waikiki beach and the shopping row. Balcony was nice, place was clean, and more than we ever needed. Only complaint is that it was annoying to check in, get the pass, go back downstairs and park the car to go upstairs.

Great condo

Good, clean, condo for someone looking to stay close to close to Waikiki. The free parking is great for a rental to get out of the city and see more of the island. Hosts are are easy to access.

Great location

Great location and convenient on-site free parking. Everything worked well and we did not have any issues. It would have been nice if the kitchen had some basic things like spices or oil for cooking. We ended up buying a lot and then just left it. Again, great location.

Family vacation

Property location was perfect, it was easy access to restaurants and shops. We've stayed at this property multiple times but this was our first Vrbo rental. Unit could use some updates to feel a bit more of a family home. Otherwise love it and definitely will stay again.

Great Apartment 2 Blocks From the Beach

We had a great stay at this apartment. The view from the balcony is fantastic with sights of the ocean and Diamond head. Its also a great location only 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to many restaurants. The parking is also super convenient if you have a car. Some of the furnishings and interior are a bit dated, but it didn't impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again as it is a wonderful beach apartment with full kitchen and free parking.

Hawaii vacation

The views were amazing. The condo served our purpose. It gave us a homebase. A place to cook our own meals. Eat, sleep, and refresh between outings. That was really all we wanted. My only recomandation would be for better pillows and some pool towels.

Great location, pros outweigh cons, would stay here again in the future

My family of 4 (toddlers ages 2 and 4) stayed here for 9 nights Pros: -Great location, easy 5 min walk to Waikiki strip, ABC store and zoo close by -Parking is included!!!! (floors 2 to 5), we never had a problem finding a parking stall any time of the day, it was great, huge savings in our pocket on having parking included -Spacious, my kids had room to run around and play in the living room -Views were spectacular, diamond head view and ocean you can see the surfers and waves in the ocean -24th floor, so didn't hear much noise outside when windows are closed -Condo right next to the elevator, so easy to go in and out of building -Amenities included gym, pool and BBQ area -AC and ceiling fan in living room and bedroom were great -Host provided plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, most kitchen necessities - water temp was great Cons - Although it was clean when we arrived, the condo was a little outdated (the pictures need to be updated) - definitely needs some loving care from the host as things needed to be replaced like the bedroom curtain (ripped), balcony chairs and tables were rusted, one of the kitchen bar stool legs were broken (dangerous to sit on), toilet paper holder was already broken on arrival - carpets should be replaced to something easier to clean, for this day and age, it would save so much headache from the host - light bulbs didn't work in the bedroom so we had to do everything in the dark when we arrived (late check-in)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in was a little frustrating and got no response for over an hour of waiting. There was no English spoken on the recorded call for the host. Very frustrating! The condo was clean and had a more than adequate kitchen.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the Waikiki Sunset was a great location, close to a beach, food and walking to Waikiki. The best was the parking spot. Be sure to get into the room first and bring down the parking permit so that you can show to the parking attendant to park. Personnel and security at the building were very good. Communication with the property management was mediocre. We did not receive our cleaning deposit in a timely manner in my opinion. I had to call to try and contact them to find out when and how our deposit was being returned and was asked to go through email which was not included in the email correspondence. It was finally returned about 25 days after the stay, but if I did not call and ask for specifics it may not have happened. So be vigilant and after your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice having a 1 bedroom and the price was great. View from the room and balcony were amazing. Unit is a little dated. Could use another bedside table in the bedroom and there were no beach towels and nothing in the kitchen but salt & pepper. It did have boogie boards and beach chairs, which was nice. The building is in a very convenient location and the pool and bbq area make it easy to play and eat w/o having to go to a restaurant. It’s great having a laundry on each floor and a mini mart in case you need something quick. Parking included with the rental is a god-send!!

They kept extra money for cleaning, after the cleaning fees were paid already. The apartment is old, staned and dusty, we saw cocroaches there. We cannot figured out what they charged us for. Communication is difficult.
