「The staff were all absolutely wonderful, and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner at the adjoining pub. The Church next to the venue is well worth a visit, and there is a small relatively well stocked shop just a two minute walk away. Parking was very easy with plenty of space to choose from. 「Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. 」

At the entry in a room we realised the bathroom door handle is already broken, and in 30 degree hot weather, we are not able to open a windows, as it was sealed. They left an emergency contact number, no one picking the phone. I left down to the bar/reception, no one there. We want to ask to order a food...

「We upgraded for a spa suite and were not disappointed! It included a lovely sitting area, big bathroom with shower & bath and a very comfortable bed. As well as straight access into the spa area. The lady on reception was very helpful when we checked in. The room was modern, clean and really spacious. 「Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. And they are old and rotten. Triple glazed windows required. Carpets need replacing. Bathroom has been upgraded and is very pleasant but b&b...
